How information is used

Rasphia uses information to provide the features you request, confirm and manage transactions, send updates through channels you enable, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. Businesses can see the information needed to fulfil a booking or order with them; they do not get access to your other business activity.

Service providers

Rasphia relies on service providers for sign-in and calendar connections, hosting and storage, AI features, email delivery, Stripe payments, and Twilio voice and WhatsApp. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Read the Stripe legal and privacy information and Twilio privacy information.

Your choices

Account settings let you update contact details, notification preferences, business update consent, privacy choices, and connected services. You can review or delete call transcripts from Calls while they are available. For questions or data requests, use the contact page.
