Terms of use

Keep your sign-in and contact information accurate and protect access to your account. You are responsible for the instructions you give your agent. Yara may prepare actions, but payments, bookings, messages, and other consequential actions require your confirmation unless you have explicitly set a rule that permits them.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices, availability, policies, and customer communications, and for providing the goods or services they accept. A business is responsible for customer information it receives through its Rasphia activity.

Online payments are presented in USD and processed through Stripe. A business may need to connect Stripe to receive payments. Some listings may allow payment at the venue; the checkout page will say so. A pending payment link can expire before payment is completed. Stripe and the buyer's bank or card provider handle payment processing under their terms.

The business's listing and policy pages describe its cancellation, return, and refund terms. Rasphia provides tools to request or process eligible changes and refunds; see Refunds and cancellation.

WhatsApp and voice features use Twilio. Use them only for lawful, relevant communications and respect each person's channel choices and opt-outs. Do not use Rasphia to deceive, threaten, harass, spam, or send content without permission.

Features may change as Rasphia is developed. We may suspend access when needed to protect people, businesses, or the service. If a material change affects these terms, we will update this page.
